How fast can you actually build a website?
Tier 1 websites are delivered in 3 business days from the point we have your approved content. Tier 2 is 5 business days. The timer starts once your content brief is complete — so the faster you provide it, the faster you go live.
What if I don't have a domain name?
No problem at all. We'll help you choose and register the right domain as part of your project onboarding. We'll discuss options during our initial exchange and secure it on your behalf.
Do I need to provide my own content?
We can work with whatever you have. If you have text and photos ready, great. If not, we provide AI-assisted copywriting and can source professional stock imagery. Either way, we'll guide you through exactly what we need.
Why is Tier 2 hosting included but not Tier 1?
Tier 2 is our all-in growth package — hosting is bundled to make it a genuine one-cost solution for your first year. Tier 1 separates hosting (£100/yr) to keep the entry cost as accessible as possible.
What does 'AI-optimised' actually mean?
We use AI tools throughout the build process: to research and write SEO-optimised copy, structure content for maximum conversion, analyse competitor positioning, and optimise page performance. It's not a gimmick — it's how we achieve better results faster.
Can I upgrade from one tier to another later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Tier 1 to establish their presence quickly, then upgrade to Tier 2 or 3 as the business grows. We build with this upgrade path in mind from day one.
